01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method minus processing fees where applicable.

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 5u555 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through nominees — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5u555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued through duplicate account activity.

04Account Management

5u555 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

4.2 KYC Verification

All players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 5u555 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 5u555 customer support. Pending wagers will be settled according to their normal resolution before the account is closed. 5.3 Currency

06Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available by 5u555 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed registration and, where required, the initial KYC process.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players once only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire unconverted will be removed from the account without compensation.

07Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules for individual sports — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are accepted at 5u555's sole discretion. 5u555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted wager.

12Limitation of Liability

5u555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

13Privacy & Data

14Amendments to These Terms

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
